| I rarely leave negative feedback, but in this case I feel I need to because 1) the product didn't work, & 2) the button for the return label also didn't work, so I could complete the 'return item. 3) I contacted seller, explaining the problem & asking that they send me a url link directly to the label page, they responded by saying just press the return button, I wrote them back reiterating that the button was not working on my end & would they please send me a url link to the label page-no go.
