2GB 1375MHz DDR3 Non-ECC Low-Latency CL7 (7-7-7-20) DIMM (2x kit)...Kit of 2 Standard 128M X 64 Non-ECC 1375MHz 240-pin Unbuffered DIMM (SDRAM-DDR3, 1.7V, CL7, FBGA, Gold). Each module is a 128M x 64-bit 1GB (1024MB) DDR3-1375 CL7 SDRAM (ynchronous DRAM) memory module, based on sixteen 64M x 8-bit DDR3 FBGA components. This module has been tested to run at DDR3-1375MHz at a low latency timing of 7-7-7 at 1.7V. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1066Mhz timing of 7-7-7 at 1.5V. These 240-pin DIMMs use gold contact fingers and requires +1.5V.
