The rigid blade wont buckle under pressure at the table. The handle of the Kershaw Steak Knife is made from a unique co-polymer, polypropylene and elastomer, which is soft to the touch. The co-polymer is designed to provide a comfortable grip that reduces the chances of hand fatigue when cutting into a particularly tough steak.
