After a science professor accidentally invents an anti-gravity substance called Flubber, he uses it to help the college basketball team but con artists try to get the formula, as does the Pentagon; Professor Brainard continues his experiments with the anti-gravity Flubber in an attempt to keep the college out of the hands of a ruthless land developer.
