NINES/SLIPSTREAM/LIMBO/ALREADY DEAD

Told in three short films, the lives of an actor, a writer, and videogame designer begin to overlap in an unsettling way; hired to rewrite a film, an aging screenwriter finds the lines between reality and imagination blurring as characters from his script (and others) hop off the page and into his life; traumatized by a boat accident many years before, Joe Gastineau has given up hope for a life beyond the odd jobs he takes to support himself, but that quickly changes when a bar singer and her troubled teenage daughter enter his life; after his son is killed during a home robbery, an architect and his therapist seek vengeance with the help of a vigilante group.
