| I must say... I chose the wrong ear wax removal tool. Its too gentle. It barely feels like its working, and in just a few days, it stopped functioning! Now I understand why the kit includes two devices...

| I appreciate this ear cleaner for its ease of use in ear hygiene. The issue I encountered was the absence of instructions for replacing the silicone tips, rendering it less useful after the initial use, aside from the vacuums basic function.

| I just want you to know that I did receive the ear wax cleaner in the mail but I didn't receive my other package yet which was the iPod classic and I'm still waiting for it and I will say this I will not buy it again.

| Its challenging to find a long-handled, angled ear cleaner like this on Amazon. It functions well; the silicone tips are gentle enough to not cause discomfort. The length of the device means you dont have to strain. My only gripe is the price, but with no alternatives, Im content.
