Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, and to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

All orders placed over $2000.00 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

The information we collect: name, address, email address, credit/debit card information, and phone number. If you order a gift and want it sent directly to a recipient, we also collect the recipient’s name, address, and phone number.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

Return, refund and limited guarantee against defect policy

Every third party product you buy is backed first by the product manufacturer’s warranty. Our 30 day limited warranty (or other stated warranty as listed on the product page) may also apply as a defective exchange policy, providing for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise confirmed as defective.

Products returned for exchange or refund must be in new condition, original packaging, include all accessories, and be received within 30 days (or other stated return time) of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns are accepted without an RA number.

Restocking fee: all items have a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.

Refund form: refunds may be issued by company check.

Price Guarantee

At point of sale we will match national advertised printed mass circulation prices on the same in-stock items/offers. Vendor below-cost or special price promos excluded.

Regarding Bundles & free Gifts

Bundled items and free gifts are included while supplies last.

Rebate Coupons

Rebate coupon redemptions are limited to one per address unless otherwise noted.

Warranty Limitations

There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or any of our subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Processing Time

Your order may be reviewed to ensure the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Credit card processing can take up to 3 business days. For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required.

Transit Time

UPS Ground: 3–8 business days. UPS Second Day: 2 business days. UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.

Total Time For Delivery

Total time is based on the time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and transit time. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and the selected shipping service. If your order ships in multiple boxes or separate shipments, shipping and handling charges may be processed for each shipment as it ships.
