Cuir Mauresque stands for Moorish Leather and a blend of leather is exactly what it smells like. Though it does have a lot of sweet and spicy notes, it retains an overall Arab influence for up to 13 hours. This fragrance was brought to us by Serge Lutens in 1996. The strong notes aren't too overpowering and ladies who like their scents to be a bit potent will gladly pick up this bottle. The cumin note is the one that stands out from the rest, such as, myrrh, burnt styrax, amber, aloe wood, cinnamon, incense, cedar, cumin, musk, clove, civet, nutmeg, orange blossom and mandarin peel.
