Im 16 years old and play soccer and tennis for my school team. I needed a pullup bar to build more upper body strength, but this is so much more. You can use it as a situp spotter, a pushup apparatus for an increased range of motion and, of course, a pullup bar. Putting it together took about 2 and a half minutes and the only tool you need is included. The construction is very sturdy. So far, ive used this product for three days and am extremely happy with it. Some people talked of their safety concerns but i had none whatsoever. It easily supported my 150 pound body. I would recommend this without a second thought to anyone looking for a better way to get fit.

| I think this is just what was looking for. A pull up bar that I didnt need to screw into the door frame, that I could take down easily, and that was sturdy enough to trust for a good workout. I really like it.
