Your gun may be marked with any one of these mfr names: IZH, IZH-Baikal or Baikal. The gun may be marked as an MP-46M or IZH 46M. There's no difference between these guns. Only the markings are different. They come from the same plant and are manufactured to the same specs. New Jersey law states that a firearm is any handgun, rifle, shotgun, air gun, gas gun, machine gun, or any gun. We are not permitted to ship slingshots anywhere in New Jersey.
3. Washington DC - Unable to ship any type of airgun to residents of Washington DC.
4. Illinois - Unable to ship airguns that shoot 700 fps or higher to anywhere in the state. Unable to ship airguns with a caliber size over 0.18. Unable to ship any type of airgun to Chicago, IL. Unable to ship blank guns to Chicago, IL.
