When a group of psychics investigate puppeteer Andre Toulon's secret of life, they discover that he has brought five evil puppets to life and they each have a different method and style of murder; Toulon's evil puppets exhume their creator and attempt tosteal brain tissue from live victims so Toulon can keep the puppets alive; during World War II, Andre Toulon's work in reviving the dead is noticed by the Nazis, and after they kill his wife Toulon uses his puppets for revenge.
