A young inventor embarks on a journey to attempt a position in a company run by his idol, master inventor Bigweld; an elephant named Horton discovers the city of Who-ville in a speck of dust, and decides to protect the city from the dangers of the junglewhere Horton lives; after Blu, a macaw who does not fly, discovers he is the last of his species, he sets out a journey to Rio to find Jewel, the only other bird like him, meeting a host of crazy characters along the way.
